Working Principle

The Kaishan LGCY-21/21-23/18 operates on the principle of positive displacement rotary screw compression. Ambient air is drawn through a heavy-duty filter into the compressor element, where two intermeshing helical screws rotate. As the screws turn, the trapped air is progressively compressed as the volume between the screw lobes decreases. Oil is injected into the compression chamber to lubricate, seal, and cool the process. The oil-air mixture then enters a separation system, where the oil is removed and returned to the sump, while the compressed air passes through a minimum pressure valve and aftercooler before exiting the discharge port. The diesel engine drives the screw element via a coupling or belt system, and an intelligent controller adjusts engine speed to match air demand, optimizing fuel efficiency. This two-stage design allows for higher pressure ratios with lower compression temperatures, resulting in greater efficiency and longer component life compared to single-stage compressors.

The unit is securely fastened to the container floor or flat-rack platform using steel straps and chocks to prevent movement during transit. For standard 40HQ container, the compressor can be loaded after removing the canopy or with minor disassembly; alternatively, it can be shipped on a flat-rack or in a bulk vessel. Delivery time is typically 30-45 days after receipt of deposit, depending on order quantity and production schedule. Main loading ports include Shanghai, Ningbo, or Qingdao, China.
