Quality on drilling equipment is decided long before a machine reaches the site. Our control process runs across four stages, and every unit leaves with records.
Four control stages
•Incoming inspection of castings, forgings, seals and hydraulic components
•In-process checks at machining and assembly stations
•Function test of every rig and compressor before dispatch
•Pre-shipment inspection with the configuration list attached
What we test
•Compressor: discharge pressure, free air delivery and control response
•Rigs: hydraulic circuits, feed and rotation functions, rod handling
•Drilling tools: thread fit, hardness and dimension of hammers and bits
Documentation
Each shipment carries the configuration list, test record and the spare parts schedule for the machine supplied. Where a contract requires a third-party inspection, we coordinate the visit before dispatch.
Ongoing support
Quality does not end at the factory gate. Field feedback on wear parts feeds back into the spare parts we stock and the service intervals we recommend.
