Working Principle
The LGZJ series uses a twin-screw compression principle. Ambient air enters through the heavy-duty air filter, is compressed by the SKY series screw airend driven by the diesel engine, and oil is injected to seal, cool and lubricate the compression chamber. The air-oil mixture passes through the oil separator, and the clean high-pressure air (up to 30 bar) flows to the outlet for DTH hammers, rigs and other pneumatic equipment. An intercooler and aftercooler control temperature, and the automatic control system monitors pressure, temperature and engine status.
